Covid mask saviour
Kindly gifted this by a friend after suffering from wearing PPE at work resulting in dry and disastrous skin. This cream has massively improved my cheeks within 1 week of use every evening. Skin has gone from dry, tight and flakey and is now plump and subtle! Highly recommend for healthcare workers suffering from PPE wearing!

Recent purchase was disappointing
I have been using this cream for the past 3 years and it was great until recently, light and non-greasy. Last week I bought 3 tubes on a 3 for 2 offer. It is now really thick and greasy, so they have obviously changed the formula. I am so disappointed.... I will have to use it as foot cream, as I can’t use it on my face. Please bring back the old recipe that everyone liked so much!

This moisturiser was my favourite to use for my dry sensitive skin, recently bought a new tube and it’s completely different, hard to blend and feels too sticky, please bring back the old formula! I beg

Why change it!
I used to use this religiously as I loved it! Bought a new one last week and thought I bought the wrong one as it was different, so I bought another today. It turns out I didn’t get the wrong one, both the packaging and product have changed. The moisturiser is a lot thick and a lot greasier. Gutted as there was no need to change it and I am now having to try another brand! Eucerin, if it’s not broke then don’t fix it.

Been using this for years always try new things but always come back - nothing works as well as this. This product clears my skin up so well whilst keeping it hydrated - no more tight skin, even gets rid of fine lines. I use it day and night, and it sits well under makeup.
I get a breakout once in a blue moon with this such a great product!
