Appreciated for its aroma, Vanilla is used in many recipes. Soothing, it stimulates the appetite and digestion and gives a delicate Perfumes to desserts.

How to use it
Dilute 100 drops in 100ml of plant oil.
Stress, nervousness, depression, insomnia, hot flushes: massage the solar plexus and soles of the feet.
Difficult digestion: massage the stomach in a clockwise direction.
Diffusion into the air.
Internal use: 1 to 2 drops on a sugar cube or in a teaspoonful of honey, left to melt in the mouth, 2 to 3 times a day.
In the kitchen:
Fruit compotes and salads: 1 drop per 500g.
Cake or pancake batter: 4 drops for 500g of batter.
Ice cream or sorbets: 2 drops per litre.
In the Bath: 20 drops diluted in a bath base.
Dry inhalation: 1 to 2 drops on a handkerchief.
