How to use it
• Adults,> 12 years : 10 to 20 ml per day in 1 glass of water (150 ml), preferably outside of meals.
• Children 3-6 years : 2.5 ml daily. 6 - 12 years : 5 ml daily.
• Use from the age of 3 years (before replacing with ERGYBIOL).
• Do not exceed 10 ml per day at the end of pregnancy
