ERGYCÉBÉ is a unique multivitamin complex in a plant capsule. Its 12 vitamin formula is enriched with all Vitamins B & 2 minerals.
1 single capsule covers 100% of your recommended daily needs in vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, C, D and E.
Vitamins B2, B5, B6, B9 and C contribute to reducing fatigue, while vitamins B2, C, E and zinc protect our cells from oxidative stress.
Due to their molecular proximity, researchers named and numbered Vitamin B varieties from1 to 12.
B4, B7, B10 and B11 were later excluded from the group.
You can thus sometimes find two mentions for the same vitamin:

How to use it
Take 1 to 2 capsule (s) per day. Children from 10 years old and adolescents: 1 capsule per day

Ingredients: Acerola juice powder (Malpighia glabra L., maltodextrin, vitamin C); zinc gluconate, vitamins B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (nicotinamide), B5 (D-calcium pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), B8 (D-biotin), B9 (L-methylfolate calcium) and B12 (methylcobalamin), anti-caking agents: calcium phosphate and vegetable magnesium stearate; bulking agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), chromium chloride.
