However, I still get dryness in a few hours after applying the cream in the morning. Surely winter and heating has something to do with it. I also find it expensive for what it is.

It smells really fresh and has a lightweight texture and my skin just drinks it up!!! The sample lasted ages so I know the full size will last a long long time which makes the higher price point definitely work it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My skin is sensitive and dry in areas, and finding a cream that nourishes, addresses my wrinkles, soothes and moisturises was difficult. That was until I found this beautiful cream. In the past I noticed some moisturising creams sunk in like a sponge and still my skin felt like it needed something more. Now I’ve found my perfect day cream. Not only does it do all the above but it feels lovely on my skin but it also leaves my face feeling satin smooth ready for my bbcream. I love the beautiful smell too, so clean, slightly floral and gentle - not at all brash. And something else, with all Erborian jars, the lids click on the last turn to indicate it’s fully closed - sounds a small point, but it means that there’s no chance of a accident when you next pick up the jar by the top!

My only criticism is that, while we are in the coldest time of year and I’m outside a lot, my skin is especially dry and I feel this cream could be more moisturising. I might save it for when the temperatures rise.
