How to use it
Take 1 * PROTIDYNE® snack a day (midday or evening) with vegetables and a fruit.
PROTIDYNE® can also be used as a snack, replacing the usual snack.
* 1 snack = 1 pod and a half = 32 g.
Prepare your snack by pouring 250 ml of water or skimmed milk in a shaker then add 1 scoop and a half of PROTIDYNE® and shake until a fluid and creamy preparation.
You can increase or decrease the amount of water or milk you need, depending on the intensity of taste and texture you want: drink or milkshake.
Each box of PROTIDYNE® can be used to prepare 10 high-protein snacks.
