How to use it
Depending on your weight, consume 1 to 2 shakers / day; for optimal weight gain, it is necessary to increase your daily caloric intake in addition to regular sports practice.
For example :
Sports days: consume 1 shaker around 10:00 am and 1 shaker within 30 minutes after your workout Days off: consume 1 shaker snack around 16:00
