FAT REGUL® by EAFIT is a concentrate of lipophilic fibres, reducing the calorie intake related to the fat ingested during your meals.
Green tea helps burn and eliminate lipids.
Chromium improves the metabolism of macronutrients (fats)
FAT REGUL® is recommended for a "lightening" daily diet.
The success of a slimming programme is proportionate to a practice of regular sports activity. It will allow the body to burn the calories for an optimal energy balance.
Ideally, a sports session should last 45 minutes (minimum), 3 times a week.

How to use it
Fat Regul ® can be taken in two different ways:
- as a continuous program to reduce caloric intake daily: take 3 tablets twice a day (noon and night) just before the meal, with a large glass of water
- Occasionally, during a meal richer in fat than usual (birthday, evening with friends, business lunches): take 3 tablets punctually before the meal. Always with a big glass of water.
Fat Regul ® can be combined with other products in the Slimming Active ® range for an increased efficiency.

Ingredients: chitosan (crustacean cuticles), nopal. Bulking agents : rice starch - maltodextrin. Anti-caking agents : tricalcium phosphate - magnesium stearate, green tea extract. Mineral : chromium picolinate. Coating agents : hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid. Colorant : titanium dioxide (E171).
