PHYTOXIL® is a medical device indicated for coughs (dry coughs and hacking coughs), particularly when associated with upper respiratory tract infections. PHYTOXIL® Adult and Children's cough Syrups act mechanically on the irritated mucosa via two mechanisms: - it promotes hydration of the mucus to improve physiological expectoration ; - forms a film to protect the mucosa from contact with external irritants. Thanks to its mechanical action, this product is suitable for adults and children aged Plus two and over. PHYTOXIL® Adult and Children's cough Syrups act thanks to the Poliflav M.A. complex: a polysaccharide fraction from Plantain combined with honey for its muco-adhesive property and a flavonoid fraction from Thyme for its anti-oxidant action, which helps to protect the mucosa. PHYTOXIL® Adult and Children cough Syrups are entirely natural and contain no preservatives, colourings or other synthetic excipients.

How to use it
Children aged 2 to 6: 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) per dose, twice a day. Children aged Plus 6: 2 level teaspoons (10 ml) per dose, 2 times a day. Adults: 2 teaspoonfuls (10 ml) per dose, 2 to 3 times a day.
If necessary, the product can be taken up to 4 times a day. The doses can be taken closer together. Shake before use. Once opened, close the bottle tightly after use. Use within 3 months of opening. Wash the measuring spoon thoroughly after each use. The formation of a slight deposit is due to the natural composition of Syrups and does not affect the quality of the product. If symptoms persist for more than a few days, consult a doctor.
The composition may be subject to variations, so we advise you to always check the list on the purchased product.
Composition: Poliflav M.A. complex: polysaccharide fraction from Plantain and flavonoid fraction from Thyme. Honey. Also contains: cane sugar; Water; Lemon juice; natural orange, lemon and peach flavours; xanthan gum, gum arabic.
Gluten-free. Do not use in the event of hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more of the constituents. Each spoonful (5 ml) contains approximately 4.1 g of sugar. Store at room temperature, away from heat and light. Keep out of the reach of children. The expiry date applies to the unopened product in its original packaging.
PHYTOXIL® Adult and Children's Syrups for coughs are generally well tolerated. No side effects related to this product have been reported.
