How to use it
Return the bottle 1 time before use. Before age 50, take a measuring cap (about 15 ml) in the morning on an empty stomach. After 50 years, take 3 measuring caps (about 45 ml) in the morning fasting for a week (starter effect) then take a measuring cap in the morning on an empty stomach. Cure of 3 months recommended
