How to use it
Take 1 sachet a day with your evening meal. Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass and add water at room temperature. Stir well.

Crescylia® should not be taken by anyone with a known allergy to any of the components of the formula. Not recommended for people who are immunocompromised or who have recently undergone gastro-intestinal surgery. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. It is not advisable to combine several sources of vitamin D. If in doubt, seek medical advice. Crescylia® is not a medicine.
