Selenium and zinc are two trace elements that play an important role in male reproductive mechanisms.
Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis. Zinc plays a role in the process of cell division and contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.

How to use it
1 sachet in the morning before breakfast to dilute in a large glass of water and 3 capsules in the evening before dinner.
Recommended in 6 month programme.
