How to use it
Adults: Take 4 to 8 chewing gums a day Children aged 6 and over: Take 2 to 4 chewing gums a day.

Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women or children under 6. Not recommended for people with a history of epilepsy, convulsions or neurological disorders. Not recommended in cases of ulcers, inflammation of the digestive tract, gastro-oesophageal reflux, gastritis or biliary, liver or pancreatic disorders. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you are taking peppermint in another preparation at the same time. Do not take for more than one month.
