How to use it
Warm a few drops of oil in the palm of your hand. Massage your left breast with your right hand and vice versa. Start the massage round the nipple, going towards the breast base and armpit. Clean your nipples with a cotton ball before breastfeeding. Use from 38 weeks of pregnancy.
