- Store at room temperature and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, i.e. outside the range 0°C - 40°C.
- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the product's Colour. Over time, the pillow may yellow but this does not affect its quality.
- Avoid storing the product under mechanical stress as this could impair its memory function.
- The Protection cover is removable and can be washed at 30°C.
- The pillow is not washable.
- Take care to open the packaging without damaging, cutting or scratching the pillow.
- Although the product already has a protective cover, it must be covered with a pillowcase before it can be used. The size of the pillowcase must be such that it completely covers the product.
- Once the pillowcase is in place, check that there are no tears or raised areas that could affect the performance of the product.
- Stop using this product and consult a doctor if Pains persists or develops.
