How to use it
External: always dilute - 3 drops HECT and 5 drops hazelnut oil 3 times a day on the body area next to the target organ to be treated.
Daily for easy breathing, adding 3 drops of pine, 3 drops ravintsara and 2 drops of peppermint in an inhaler for 5 to 10 minutes.
