However, be careful when choosing its quality, which should if possible be obtained from organically grown fruit and called extra virgin (the only one with the required qualities in terms of acidity (less than 0.5%)). Highly antioxidant, rich in vitamins A, D, E and K, as well as polyphenols, it is a well-known and recognised anti-ageing agent.
