How to use it
Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules - or as advised by your healthcare practitioner - in the morning, preceded by one or two Askorbato K-HdT tablets (rich in Vitamin C and anti-oxidants) to promote the absorption of beta-glucans.
Recommended duration of use: 60 days.
