Be-Lumex helps you to regain your calm and Serenity. Vitamin B6 plays an important role in nervous balance and psychological functions, but here it benefits from synergies with the other ingredients, including saffron, a plant with widely recognised qualities for supporting emotional balance. Saffron acts on dopamine, noradrenalin and serotonin, neurotransmitters that are important for psychological balance. It therefore helps to maintain a positive mood and emotional balance.
It also supports relaxation. L-theanine influences levels of dopamine, serotonin and GABA. GABA is the main inhibitory neurotransmitter of the central nervous system.
It promotes calm and tranquillity by neutralising the effects of glutamate. L-tyrosine is involved in the production of neurotransmitters such as dopamine, noradrenaline and adrenaline.
Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and promote normal psychological functioning.
