Pour ½ l of water into a large carafe and add the following ingredients:
- 10 drops of alcohol-free Propolis extract
- 1 teaspoon Cure® Pollen Honey (or honey)
- juice of one lemon
- 1 glass of seasonal fruit juice (orange, grapefruit, kiwi, etc.).
