How to use it
From 7 years old. Do not use pure, but on a neutral medium (sugar, honey, etc.). Adults: 2 drops, 3 times a day. Teenagers (12-15 years old): 2 drops, twice a day. Child (7-11 years): 1 drop, twice a day.

Do not use for pregnant or breastfeeding women, with a history of convulsions or epilepsy, asthma or allergies to essential oils. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of accidental contact, soothe with a fatty plant oil, rinse thoroughly with cold water and consult a doctor. A food supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not expose yourself to the sun after use.
