ARKORELAX® SLEEP FLEXI-DOSES is your tailor-made sleep solution, in mini doses to be adapted to your specific needs, for a good night's sleep in all circumstances.
Its poppy-based formula helps you to relax and fall asleep. It is supplemented with melatonin at 0.5 mg per tablet.
Take 1 to 3 tablets at a time, depending on your needs and lifestyle (jet lag, difficulty falling asleep, waking up at night).
Its Mini tablets, which melt under the tongue, are easy to use and work quickly thanks to the immediate release and absorption of the active ingredients.
Its small format is ideal for taking with you wherever you go.

How to use it
For adults only.
Jet lag: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin, i.e. 1 tablet under the tongue just before going to bed, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Falling asleep: 1 tablet under the tongue before going to bed or during the night. You can take up to 3 tablets, depending on your needs.
Compositions & ingredients

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended during pregnancy or while breast-feeding, or for Children and adolescents. If you are undergoing medical treatment (antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives), ask your doctor for advice. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Keep out of the reach of young Children. Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
