How to use it
Adults and children from age 6: take 1 tablet per day to be swallowed during breakfast with a large glass of water. From the age of 15, the daily dose can be increased to 2 tablets per day (1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening), in case of fatigue, nervousness or more intense stress.
