How to use it
Dosage
Take by mouth. From the age of 12.
3 capsules Spread over the day according to the onset of Pains For 5 days
From the day before or on the first day of your period, take 3 capsules a day for 5 days. The capsules should be taken throughout the day according to the onset of Pains. They may be taken for less than 5 days if the Pains disappear or if the menstrual cycle is shorter.
