How to use it
Before exercise:
To prevent overheating, apply a first layer to areas of friction (Feet, groin, crotch, armpits, nipples, shoulders...) and rub in.
Then apply a second coat without rubbing in.
Preparing for an event:
4 weeks before, apply Daily use to the whole foot to strengthen the epidermis and restore elasticity and suppleness to your skin.
