SOMNIPLEX® is a dietary supplement based on plants, vitamins, minerals and melatonin, which reduces sleep time and improves the quality of sleep thanks to the lemon balm contained in a patented active ingredient: Cyracos® 3 .
* Melatonin helps to reduce sleep time (this beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 1mg before bedtime) and helps to mitigate the effects of jet lag (this beneficial effect is obtained by the consumption of minus 0.5mg just before bed on the first day of the trip and the few days after the day of arrival)

How to use it
Take 2 tablets of Somniplex at bedtime

Ingredients: Cyracos: melissa extract (52.94%); extract of griffonia simplicifolia titrated with 20% L-5 HTP (12.94%); poppy extract from California (8.23%); magnesium oxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: colloidal silica and magnesium stearate; vitamins: vitamin B6 and vitamin B3; natural aroma of orange blossom, melatonin (0.11%).

extract of griffonia simplicifolia titrated with 20% L-5 HTP (220mg);
L-5 HTP 44mg
California poppy extract (140mg);
